I cut the block down to clear the front diff', so engine can droop in the back otherwise trans removal with diff' in would be impossible, you couldn't get to the bolts.

I cut the pan to be the same width, on the bottom, as stock pan I cut it a lile extra to have room to let the rear of the engine drop down, for trans removal. so it is not necessary to drop the front diff', or pull the engine to remove the trans'

this is the location after the front corner of the pan was cut, possibly the fittings would work without the mod' with custom tubing

the 6.0 flex plate, on the left. and the ls1 have the same ring gear trck even though the spacer is behind the 6.0 plate.

the flex plate bolts are longer on the 6.0 and have a ferrel on them. shown here compared to ls1 arp bolts.also the area is raised where the converter pads bolt up.the spacer is under the flexplate,fits nxt to the crank.
